Your privacy is important to us. This policy spells out what information we collect when you use our various applications, why we collect it and how we use it.
Personal Information
We do not collect any personal information from our app users. Google Wallet allows us to see minimal billing details for each sale - the name on the card and a billing postcode + country. Google Wallet keeps a record of this information but we do not record, store, track or disclose this information to anyone.
If you send us a query or feedback via email, your email address will be visible to us and when a reply is necessary we will use your email address to contact you directly. If you email us directly from the settings menu in the app, your device type and API level will be automatically filled into the draft message in order to help us troubleshoot your problem. However you can remove the device info manually if you choose.
A few of our apps (TerraTime, Moon Phase Pro) use your location to perform their core functions. This location data is never sent off your device, to us or anyone else, and is only used to tailor the app's display to your locale.
Use of Personal Information
If you contact us via email and a reply is necessary we will use your email address to contact you directly. We only have your email address if you have emailed us initially. This is the only use we make of personal information.
Disclosure of Personal Information
We do not disclose your personal information to any third party but would if required to do so by law.
